NOBU opened its doors in 2017 at the Puente Romano hotel and is one of the 38 restaurants in 5 different continents. It takes its name from the founder Nobu Matsuhisha and they serve a Peruvian and Japanese fusion cuisine. Nobu’s signature dish is black cod in miso.
TRVLinspirator is a big fan of NOBU’s fine dining experience and especially the location. The venue is very good for a complete evening going out in Marbella; after dinner you can have a good cocktail on the beautiful terrace downstairs and we always end up in the nightclub Suite, 2 steps from the restaurant.
